"Translation:

from birth register of Zleby, paragraph F, page 472, this certifies that Dorota Hruska, legitimate daughter of Matej Hruska , homeowner from Hostovlice #26, and Katerina Sykora, daughter of Matej Sykora from Skrej #7, both parents Catholic, on 14 Mar 1835 in Hostovlice #26 was born, and was baptized 10 days later in church by the local priest Mr. Vaclav Krejar in the presence of these witnesses: Matej Slavik, a carpenter from Okresanec #10 and Doroty, wife of Josef Capek, peasant from Hostovlice #7.

This document was written in 1860, when Dorota was 25, perhaps as a certificate of age so she could get married near the customary age of 24.

After the death of the two wives, the two brothers and Joseph's sons moved in to one household in Atwood. Dorota and Frantiska came to the US to help the widowed relatives. Dorota is listed as a servant, born in 1846, Frantiska is a servant, born in 1876, 24 years old.
